He helped tailor the experience to us, offering the right amount of choices to us and then asking us what we would like to do. letting us know what to expect on what day and at what time, so that we could just relax and not have to stress about anything.

He even arranged for us to experience a local train ride, purchasing tickets, taking us to the platform, asking another commuter to let us know when to get off and being there on the last platform to collect us.

The journeys were also smooth and most importantly, Chanuka offered us snacks and WiFi.Also he had a cooling box in his car and two pillows so we felt so comfortable.
